Support specialist turned developer.
I'm a product support specialist transitioning to engineer — or more accurately, someone who's been quietly doing both for the better part of seven years, and is ready to make it official.
Since 2018 I've worked at Feathr, a marketing tech platform for nonprofits, handling real-time troubleshooting for 1,300+ clients across advertising, email, analytics, and reporting. When something breaks anywhere in the stack, it usually ends up in my inbox first. I trace bugs from user reports to root causes and hand engineering a reproduction they can act on.
Along the way I've built internal tools — two Chrome extensions in daily use by the team (a DNS domain checker and a geofence automation tool) and a suite of Claude Code skills that automate ticket triage, escalation formatting, and cross-team handoffs.
The projects on this site are the next step: fuller-scope applications where I own the whole system. I'm looking for a Product Support Engineer role that formalizes the support-to-engineering bridge I've been building.
Background: CompTIA A+ and Network+, AI Fluency Framework, Claude Code in Action. AA in Music & Information Technology from Santa Fe College. Maintained a personal WordPress site since 2010, because I've always been interested in code and it was a great excuse to learn technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript when I needed to customize or fix issues with my site.
